How to Use Editor Version Control in FlexiFunnels

The Editor Version Control feature allows you to manage and restore previous versions of your funnel or page content. This ensures you never lose important updates and can always roll back to a safe version whenever needed.

Steps to Access and Use Editor Version Control

1. Open the Editor

   • Log in to FlexiFunnels and open the editor for the page where you want to manage versions.
     
     

2. Locate the Gear Settings

   • Inside the editor, check the left-hand side panel.

   • Click on the Gear Settings option.
     

3. Find Version Control Option

   • Within the Gear Settings, you’ll see an option named Editor Version Control.

   • Click on it to open the version control panel.
     

4. Version Creation

   • NOTE: A new version is created automatically every time you publish your funnel/page.

   • This means you’ll always have a history of published changes to refer back to.
     Select a Version- Use the dropdown menu to select the version you want to restore.
     
     

5. Load the Selected Version

   • Click on the Load button.

   • A confirmation popup will appear → Click Yes, Load.

   • The editor will now display content based on the version you selected.
     
     
     
     6. Publish the Restored Version: After loading the version, remember to Publish the page again to make the restored content live.
