Subscription payments in FlexiFunnels charge your customers automatically every billing cycle. They subscribe once, and every later payment is collected without any action from them or you.
Supported Gateways
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Paddle
- Razorpay
- Cashfree
You can use whichever gateway fits your business and your customers' region.
How It Works
- The customer buys your subscription product and completes the first payment.
- Their payment method is saved with the gateway.
- Each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.), the gateway charges them automatically.
- You don't need to send invoices or ask for payment again.
Key Points
- One-time authorization: Customers authorize payment once, at checkout.
- No manual renewals: Payments are collected on every cycle until the subscription ends or is cancelled.
- Handled by the gateway: The charge is processed by the gateway you've connected, so funds follow that gateway's payout schedule.
FAQs
Can I use more than one gateway?
Yes. You can connect multiple gateways and choose which one to use for each subscription product.
Does the customer need to pay manually each month?
No. After the first payment, charges happen automatically.
What if a recurring payment fails?
This is usually because of insufficient balance, an expired card, or a bank decline. Ask the customer to update their payment method with the gateway.
Where can I see a customer's subscription and payments?
In your FlexiFunnels dashboard, under the subscription and order details.
Troubleshooting
- Gateway not showing at checkout: Check that the gateway is connected and active in your account, and that it's linked to the product.
- Customer wasn't charged on the due date: Confirm the subscription is still active and not cancelled or paused. Then check the gateway dashboard for a failed or pending transaction.
- Auto-charge unavailable for a customer's card: Some banks or regions restrict recurring charges. The customer can try another card or payment method.
