Overview
Subscriptions let you charge customers automatically on a recurring basis — weekly, monthly, yearly, or on a fixed number of cycles — instead of a one-time payment. In FlexiFunnels, you can set this up using Cashfree or Razorpay as your payment provider.
Step 1 — Create your project
Build the pages (sales page, checkout, etc.) that your subscription product will be connected to.

Step 2 — Create a product
Start a new product that you'll configure as a subscription.

Step 3 — Configure general settings
In the product settings:
- Add a Product Title.
- Select Currency — this must be INR.
- Click Continue.

Step 4 — Enable payment provider — Cashfree or Razorpay.
Turn on the payment provider you selected so it's active for this product.

Step 5 — Go to Pricing
Open the Pricing section of the product.

Step 6 — Select Subscription
Choose Subscription as the pricing type (instead of a one-time payment).
Step 7 — Configure subscription details
- Currency: Auto-set to INR.
- Billing Duration — two options:Choose how long the subscription lasts:
- Option A: Until Cancelled (Most common) — billing continues until the customer cancels.
- Option B: Fixed Number of Cycles (Limited subscriptions) — billing stops automatically after a set number of charges.
- Billing Frequency: How often the customer is charged (e.g. monthly, yearly).
- Price: The recurring amount charged each cycle.
- Free Trial (New feature): Optionally offer a free trial period before the first charge begins.
Save and continue - Save your subscription settings to move forward.

Step 8 — Connect pages to product
Link your product pages to this subscription product so customers can purchase it.

Step 9 — Complete product configuration
Finish any remaining product settings — such as After Purchase actions, Bump offers, Set Rules, and any other options as per your requirement. Review everything once to make sure the product is fully configured.
Step 10 — Connect Pages to Product
On your Sales Page:
- Add a button (e.g., "Subscribe Now")
- Click the button's action settings
- Set the action to "Go to Next Step in Product" or "Purchase Product"
- Select your subscription product
This wires the button to your checkout.

On your Checkout Page:
- Add an Order Form element
- This is where customers enter payment info

Step 11 — Publish All Pages
Publish your Sales Page, Checkout Page, and Thank You Page.
Subscriptions only work on published pages, not in the editor preview.

For each subscription, you see:

Important Notes
- Subscription payments are currently supported only in INR
- Works with Cashfree & Razorpay only
- Always test before going live
- Make sure Webhook functionality is enabled in payment setup; it's mandatory to capture subscription payments.
Important Note: INR Subscription Payment Limit
For INR-based subscriptions, the recurring payment amount cannot exceed ₹15,000 per billing cycle due to payment processing limitations.
If the recurring subscription amount is higher than ₹15,000, the payment setup may not work successfully.
Note: Subscription billing through Cashfree and Razorpay works in INR only. Make sure your currency is set to INR before you begin.
