How to Use Cart Abandoned Feature

Click on your account name to open additional settings in your account.

Once you click on your account name, then click on the "Reports" option.


 


The FlexiFunnels Reporting Dashboard is divided into two parts.


1. Quick Statistics

2. Overview

Step 1 - Select your Filters

Name/Email/Order/Transaction Id: Search your customers' data using an easy filter, which can be name, email, payment transaction id, or order id.

Products: You can see data according to the specific product selected in this filter.

Quick Date : You can see data according to a different time range. You can also set a custom time range.


STEP 2 -  Now Click on the Completed/Cart Abandoned option.




You can see only completed or only cartabond data using this setting.
