Adding a Video Element to Your Landing Page: A Step-by-Step Guide

This guide will walk you through adding a video element to your landing page and customizing its appearance and behavior.
Steps:

1. Drag and Drop the Video Element:

   • In your landing page editor, locate the video element and drag it to the desired position on your landing page.
     
     
     

2. Customize Video Settings:

   • Click the gear icon on the video element to access its settings. This typically opens a sidebar or modal window.
     
     
     
     

3. Advanced Settings: This section offers various options for customizing your video: - 
   
   
   
   Provider: Choose how you want to add your video. Popular options include YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Custom Embed, HTML 5 Source and Flexi Video. 
   
   - Aspect Ratio (for YouTube and Vimeo only): Select a pre-defined aspect ratio like 16:9 or 9:16 to ensure proper video display. 
   
    Video Source: Depending on the chosen provider, you can provide a video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia), embed code (Custom Embed), video list selection (Flexi Video), or upload your own MP4 or WEBM video file.(HTML 5 source) 
   
   IN HTML 5 Source provider you will get these options as well:
   
   Poster Image: Upload an image to display before the video plays. - 
   
   Playback Options: -
    Autoplay: Check this box to have the video start playing automatically when someone visits the landing page. 
   Loop: Enable this option to make the video replay automatically after it finishes. - 
   Controls: Choose whether to display controls for the video player (pause, play, volume, etc.). 
   
   In Advance settings you will also get the option of  Floating Video: This advanced setting allows you to make the video appear to "float" on top of the page content as the user scrolls.

4. Layer Settings:

   • This section, if available in your editor, allows you to control the layering order of elements on your landing page. You can position the video element behind or in front of other content for a specific visual effect.
     
     
     
     
     

5. Animation Settings:

   • Some editors offer animation options to add special effects to your video element, such as fading in, sliding in, or rotating upon page load.
